Specialists of the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took part in the work of the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Biochar for the Green Restoration of Ukraine”, which was held on May 2-3, 2024 at the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, Kyiv.
The results of his research conducted at the Institute of Renewable Energy were presented at the conference by the head of the Department of Renewable Organic Energy Resources, Ph.D. Chetverik Gennadiy Oleksandrovych and Ph.D. Volodymyr Pavlovich, senior researcher of the Klyus department.
According to the results of the work of the department of renewable organic energy resources of the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, a report on the topic “Production of biochar by the method of oxidative pyrolysis” was prepared at the conference. He presented the work of the Department of Ph.D. senior researcher Klyus V. P. Volodymyr Pavlovich also took an active part in the exhibition that took place on the last day of the conference, where he demonstrated the latest scientific developments of the department on working models, which aroused considerable interest among those present.
The Institute of Renewable Energy constantly participates in the implementation of research and development works, which are aimed at solving the issues of maintaining a constant and effective connection between science and production – which is a necessary condition for the development of any industry.
