As part of interaction with local executive authorities and local self-government bodies, on June 28, 2024, in the village of A working meeting of representatives of the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Kobliv rural territorial community was held in Koblevo, Berezan district, Mykolaiv region. The Institute of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was represented by the deputy director for scientific work Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Zuryan, Ph.D., and Koblivska OTG by village head Panych Volodymyr Mykhailovych, chairman of the board of the Communal Institution “Agency of Local Development of Koblivska OTG” Fedoseev Serhii Mykolayovych and adviser to the head of Koblivska OTG Kylyvnyk Volodymyr Petrovych.
Oleksiy Volodymyrovych Zuryan addressed the participants of the meeting with a proposal to unite efforts in the restoration and development of the Southern region of Ukraine on the example of the Koblivsk OTG, as well as the possibility of implementing a number of projects aimed at innovative, socio-economic development and infrastructural restoration of the region. The key areas of discussion at the meeting were: green energy and industrial parks, rehabilitation tourism, cross-border cooperation and participation in European Union programs, conservation of water resources and biodiversity of Southern Ukraine. The main issue that was brought up for discussion is the joint work of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the Kobliv Territorial Community regarding participation in EU cross-border cooperation programs. The participants of the meeting shared their vision of joint participation in international aid programs to obtain grants for the realization of the needs of the community.
