Specialists of the Institute of Renewable Energy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine took an active part in the exhibition “SEСURITY 2.0” and in the forum “Safe community. Life protection equipment, structures and systems. Demining the territories of Ukraine. Modern technologies and equipment”, which took place on October 4-5, 2023 in the exhibition center “ACCO International” at the address: Kyiv, ave. Beresteyskyi, 40-B, park named after I. Bagryany (O. Pushkin), st. “Shulyavska” metro station. The event was organized by the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Specially for this event, informational posters developed by specialists of the Institute of Renewable Energy were prepared and presented to the general public.
Scientists presented their developments, presented in the form of booklets, which are dedicated to the theme of the exhibition, namely: solar hot water supply systems, a photovoltaic installation on a tracker, a mobile sanitary-hygienic complex, a mobile thermosiphon-type helio-shower, a household gas-generator stove, an autonomous thermoelectric charger TEG-15, a geothermal heat accumulator, an autonomous small-sized device for obtaining electricity, a source of uninterrupted power from the formation of a voltage of 220 V – “Zhivchyk-1” and Usb – a strip heater, optimal selection of parameters of a hybrid energy system with renewable energy sources, a method of obtaining activated biochar.
The visitors were particularly interested in such developments as: Usb-strip heater, autonomous small-sized device for receiving electricity, source of uninterrupted power supply from the generation of voltage 220 V – “Zhivchyk-1”.
The strip USB heater has even attracted the interest of manufacturers who want to conclude a contract with us for the mass production of these heaters.
We hope that such exhibition events will continue to take place to popularize the introduction of the latest technologies in the field of renewable energy, especially for the needs of the military.
