Education
In 1965, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”, majoring in Chemical Engineering Machinery and Equipment.
In 1979, he defended his PhD (Candidate of Technical Sciences) dissertation entitled “Investigation of Unsteady Heat Transfer in Geothermal Boilers” in the specialty 04.14 – Thermal Physics and Industrial Heat Engineering.
In 1984, he was awarded the academic title of Senior Researcher.
In 2014, he defended his Doctor of Technical Sciences dissertation entitled “Theoretical Principles and Methods for the Design of Systems for the Extraction, Storage, and Utilization of the Earth’s Deep Geothermal Heat” in the specialty 05.14.08 – Conversion of Renewable Energy Sources.
